Features:
1. It adopts full servo motor drive, vertical sealing and horizontal sealing, and flat cutter. PLC control, stepless speed regulation, and touch screen operation make the machine run smoothly, benchmarking accurately, low noise, simple and convenient operation.
2. Longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, re-horizontal sealing and continuous batch numbering. Each station of the cutter is driven by a separate servo motor, which makes the machine more automatic and easier to operate and maintain.
3. Multi-stage controllable heating is used to make the temperature of the entire heat-sealing roller uniform, so as to ensure more stable heat-sealing performance.
4. The automatic correction device for the left and right sides of the film is used to make the pattern of the packaging bag more accurate.
5. The horizontal seal adopts two seals, the first is a non-patterned heat-sealing roller, the second is a patterned heat-sealing, and the batch number steel is finished at the same time. Other manufacturers use a horizontal seal with a pattern heat seal, and then a separate steel printing roller. The two horizontal seals have good sealing properties and the bag shape is beautiful, and the batch number is clearly printed and the characters are not easy to punch through.
